Josh Weaver

President

Josh is a car guy that became a car marketing guy. He started selling cars while attending Appalachian State University at the age of 19.  After graduating with a degree in marketing, he sat in every management seat of the front-end of a dealership.  Ultimately becoming a General Manager at the age of 28. After spending 5 years as a GM, Josh founded Impact Direct in 2005. When he is not working to drive buyers to showrooms, he can often be found boating on Lake Norman in North Carolina or the Inter-Coastal Waterways of Charleston, SC with his children.

Bernie Kunz

Production Manager

Bernie is the guy that makes the rubber hit the road. From start to finish, he oversees and manages campaigns to ensure every detail runs seamlessly and delivers results. With a lifelong passion for art and automobiles, Bernie has been honing his creative skills since he could walk. He brings nearly 30 years of professional experience in graphic design, beginning as a teenager when he first put his talents to work and later earning a degree in Fine Arts with a minor in Marketing. A devoted car enthusiast, Bernie can often be found at local car shows when he’s not immersed in a project.  An avid traveler, Bernie loves exploring new destinations whenever possible, often setting off on his next adventure with his wife and two kids.
